1. for a last-minute birthday party for Matthew at my in-laws 2. for my now four-year-old 3. for all of my beautiful, healthy, funny, gorgeous, smart and goofy children and the way they sing happy birthday
Sometimes its hard to see the silver lining on the clouds that seem to be hanging ominously above our heads - clouds of doubt, worry, anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, illness, depression, loneliness. But if we look, we can find at least three things peaking through the clouds that we can be thankful for today.
