Dear I am not... I have been reading your BFL blog for more than a year- and I am thankful to you for inspiring me, and for showing me that everyone has setbacks, and for those too one can be grateful because they lead you to better things..like the strength/ willingness to give up sugar! You are a wonderful runner. You inspired me to run a marathon.. which I will be running in 1 month. I run at an 11:20 pace... much much slower than you. I think you are a wonderful runner- and if I can say, I hope you stop beating yourself up over your running.. you are so strong, (look at your improvement from last year!) Anyway, I hope by sending this I am not going to offend you, esp. since I understand your blog is first and foremost, for you. Keep runnin' You rock! One day at a time! Jill
Sometimes its hard to see the silver lining on the clouds that seem to be hanging ominously above our heads - clouds of doubt, worry, anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, illness, depression, loneliness. But if we look, we can find at least three things peaking through the clouds that we can be thankful for today.
