Jeanene is thankful:
1. that I got to visit my terminally ill aunt this weekend in Gillespie, IL with my mom, my two sisters, my niece, Michael and Maggie (all in the same car by the way). Under the circumstances, we actually had a fun time. I love you Auntie Bernie 2. that Michael and Maggie were excited to see the Lincoln Memorial and Abe's house 3. for the safe trip to and from Gillespie
Sometimes its hard to see the silver lining on the clouds that seem to be hanging ominously above our heads - clouds of doubt, worry, anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, illness, depression, loneliness. But if we look, we can find at least three things peaking through the clouds that we can be thankful for today.
