* a free weekend before starting body for life * breakfast with my parents and the girls and the big table in the back corner so we didn't bother anyone in the restaurant * just hanging out with the family all day
Sometimes its hard to see the silver lining on the clouds that seem to be hanging ominously above our heads - clouds of doubt, worry, anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, illness, depression, loneliness. But if we look, we can find at least three things peaking through the clouds that we can be thankful for today.
